Keeping the Glow Between Facials

A clinical facial resets your skin; your home routine protects the investment. This is the exact five-step plan we hand to every package client — simple, affordable and ten minutes, twice a day.

1. Cleanse, but never strip

Use a gentle, low-pH cleanser morning and night. If your skin feels tight after washing, your cleanser is too harsh — that tightness is your barrier crying for help.

2. One active at a time

Vitamin C in the morning or a retinoid at night — never both while starting out, and never on the same night as exfoliating acids. More actives don’t mean more glow; consistency does.

3. Moisturise for your skin, not the season

Oily skin still needs hydration — choose gel textures. Dry skin needs ceramides and a slightly richer seal, especially in air-conditioning.

4. Sunscreen is non-negotiable

A coin-sized amount of SPF 30+ every morning, reapplied if you’re outdoors. Every laser, peel and brightening facial we perform depends on this single habit for lasting results.

5. Protect your brow investment too

Keep retinoids and strong acids away from permanent-makeup areas — they fade pigment faster. A quick SPF swipe over healed brows keeps their colour true for months longer.

Do these five things and your facial results won’t just last until your next appointment — they’ll compound.
